Entry Level Cook Training TIAPEI
The Entry Level Cook Training program is a partnership between TIAPEI, Holland College and SkillsPEI.
KITCHEN TRAINING (8 WEEKS)

Training focuses on fundamental cooking skills, not the advanced techniques taught in culinary school. Students who complete the program earn the following certifications:
- Food Safety
- WHMIS
- First Aid
- PEI Best Service Excellence
Participants will spend 4 weeks working in the industry at local establishments to gain experience and practice their skills in a real-life kitchen setting.
